Why use a local player instead of downloading inside a streaming app?

No. Wi-Fi transfer, AirDrop, Files, share sheets, direct URLs and WebDAV/NAS are available instead.
Does bMusic upload my music?
bMusic does not upload your library to bMusic servers. Optional services such as your own iCloud sync are used only when you enable them.
